Have to say, after years of working in detail shops, 90% of the time your just using a basic long wedge tool, any of those claw or large ones would simply loose too much power to be useable in any meaningful way.

I’ve had the previous version of the Eureka WhirlWind as my vehicle vacuum for around 8 years and it works like a charm. A couple inexpensive aftermarket accessories make it ideal.

Even with 250k+ subscribers, this channel is still underrated. My go to channel for years now, if I need information when ordering a vacuum or floor cleaner or just to keep track of development in the field. I have been following since the Roomba vs roborock sold me on the roborock. This channel is a breath of fresh air with all the objective testing. Keep going!

I have the Porter-Cable model that you tested. I don't often use it for my car but use it in my work studio. I love that it is on wheels, and its suction has been very good for the 5 or so years I've had it. I've put it through the ringer too.

I appreciate the transparency you bring to this industry, but I strongly feel that it’s time for a repairability score to be integrated into your reviews - it could dramatically impact purchasing decisions for people.

For example: the Metrovac was dinged for its high price - but the Metrovac seems to be the *only* company on this list that willingly and easily sells individual parts for repairs (motors, gaskets, switches, etc.) as opposed to whole modules or worse, dark patterns encouraging users to just “buy a new one”.

The right for individuals and independent shops to repair products has been eroded year after year. I have to imagine there are other like-minded reviewers of the channel who would rather spend $[3X] on a vacuum once than $[X] every 3 years.

All that said: Keep up the good work, your time spent and contributions to the space are not going unnoticed!

Great review as always. I am really interested in your testing of the new floor moppers, like Tineco Floor One S7 and the Roborock Dyad Pro models. I'm looking to upgrade my cord free floor mop.

I watched this yesterday and ran out and bought the Craftsman. I was looking for something smaller than I already have. I really like that it comes with the wall mount. Great video!

Great Job as always. Another category to consider would be battery based vacuums, such as Dewalt, Milwaukee, etc. There's even a Battery/AC version of the dewalt

So much work for such a short video. The algorithm likes 10-11min videos.

we use big shop vacs for cars, things like the 12 gallon shop vac and the milwaukee dual m18, it would be cool to see how these high end high power shop vacs compare

Great video. Another idea would be compact rechargeable car vacuums you can keep in your car.

I always love your videos because of the mostly scientific method used. One thing I can't understand ithough, is why would you think a small portable vacuum would be better for car detailing? I prefer the big heavy one on wheels with a long hose so it could just stay behind me and roll around as I clean the car. Craftsman has an even more powerful six horsepower full size. I would love to see you test full-size wet vacuums next.

Hey love your videos they are very informative and you score using great metrics!

Any chance you are doing a review of the new Shark mess master portable car vaccum? - Would love to see a review on that one.

Being a car detailer for 7 years involved in many groups and forums, the rigid brand sold at home depot is what 75% of more of detailers use. Also many use bigger than 5 gallon though.
