Hi brother! I'm from India and I'm really impressed that you ate level 10 spicy like it was nothing. Although I'd like to suggest something, try mixing the gravy and the rice before eating, you'll love it! Also if possible eat it on a plate and use your hands to mix the gravy and rice together. That'll unlock a different level of taste, trust me!!!

IDK if you all Americans know this. Your version of Indian food is from 2-3 states max. There's like 28 other states where the food is different. Maratha, Karnataka and Andhra food is spiciest. The spice belt. I have never seen any foreigner eat the real spicy food. Infact Punjabi food you all get is sweet-sour for our pallet. There are dishes where 60% of the ingredients is spices and chilli powder. it's like saying an Texas steak represents all of the US food. Or saying tacos is the only Mexican food. Or calling new york style pizza as authentic Italian Pizza.

Plus you all get the modified version of punjabi food anyways. Cause most of the ingredients are substituted cz lack of availablity. Fun fact cream of any sort is not used in most Indian household cooking. It's only used to impress guests

Spice King; I was in Sri Lanka for 2 years. You need to make a series eating their spicy food. It would be amazing and restart the tourism to this country who has just been through important turmoil.
