Manwaring Cheese located in Rigby, Idaho is a family run and operated business that specializes in hand crafted cheddar cheese and offers 14 flavors of cheddar cheese as well as a smoked swiss and a blue cheese for customers to sample and purchase. They make all their cheese with local milk from local cows and help support local business and agriculture. They recently just moved into their new location off of Countyline Road in Rigby, Idaho. While filming this video I was able to witness the entire cheese making process from beginning to end. There is so much that goes into making cheddar cheese. So many hours go into making something we think is such a simple product but in reality it is a very special skill. They sell over 100 pounds of cheese curds a day and almost 500 gallons of milk a day as well. I was able to visit the new location and see what they are doing to have more innovative ideas for a cheese business. Go visit Manwaring Cheese in Rigby off of the Countyline Road exit.
