Anthony Perkins ashes are interred in a small urn within an altar that's attached to the homes balcony in the backyard. Anyone buying the home must accept this arrangement and the home cannot be demolished unless the urn is removed first by permission of the surviving relatives of Mr. Perkins.

Vacation a good few years ago in hollywood and would have liked to seen Tony's house but my tour guide didn't go in
