Michael Norman ain't playing about snatching a spot on that 4x1 this year! lead off Norman, 2nd Curly, 3rd Colman or Bromel, anchor Lyles.

Lol I’ve never seen a runner get such a late start that the incoming runner ran right by him without even trying to make an exchange😂
Your supposed to be the anchor not be anchored to the ground.

Lots of bad exchanges from the other relays. Unfortunate because they arguably had more talent that the Athletics Canada relay. But handoffs decide relays after all.

I like DeGrasse, but he is one of the most inconsistent sprinters ever. He is either very good or very mediocre.
