The tittle on this video is wrong, she wasn’t scolding them, she was instructing them how to make things differently in order to greet her fans and be secured at the same time and she was very gracious about it, we couldn’t expect nothing less from Celine, she’s a classy and caring Artist !

What I really loved about this was the positive reinforcement. She is a real pro.

Instead of seeing problems, she saw solutions. And more importantly, she respected the jobs of each individual and was kind enough to ask if her recommendation would impede on the guards ability to do their jobs. She is a kind and considerate human.

One thing, this is not scolding. In my opinion, this is a leader being a leader. Adding to that, she doesn't come to the table like a DIVA and pretend she doesn't have any answers to her own problems. She steps up, says this is how it needs to be done, and she does it in a calm tone and treats her colleagues with dignity and respect. For that, I respect her even more as a performer and an employer.

Take note; no matter which direction she flung herself, they caught her. She knows they’re hyper protective not because it’s their job, but because they have genuine affection for her. Her team took the discussion in the exact way it was meant, “guys I know you’re protecting me, let’s do it in a way that I can still get to my fans.” Brava to all. She obviously treats her “staff” with absolute dignity and respect, and they return it.
