Being fit and slimmer: being more mobile, more energetic

Being more energetic and mobile: more work gets done, while needing less people to do aforementioned work

Less people needed to do more work: higher margin of profit since less money is used for payroll.

Being slim, fit, and more importantly energetic is very beneficial to an employer. its common sense. why cant anyone else see that?
