Thanks for the video. Just make sure what screen connection you ve got before purchasing the kit. I ve got the kit but my screen is connected with metal square connector instead of round plastic one supplied with the kit. So now I am looking for another headunit + screen + cable.

This would be worth it if it didn't cost more then the touchscreen upgrade that comes with carplay and Android auto. I believe that screen is like $500 or $600 dollars, larger screen and tablet-like functionality. This should be more around the $200 dollar price range imo 😕

Nice. I could have gone that way to add apple carplay on my 2016 MB E400. But I opted instead for the 12.3 Android touch screen with built in apple carplay.

1. Does the 2014 Mercedes Benz CL550 use NTG 4.5 or NTG 4.7?
2. Is the wireless version of this ACP unit identical to the wired version?
3. Do you have a video demonstrating the functionality of these ACP units with (while using) Mercedes factory controls?
