The Family Preservation Foundation, is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the idea of preserving and empowering children's and parental rights, family preservation, family first ideology, rescuing children from unnecessary forced parental separation, and restoring the respect for children’s rights that allow them to be with their biological parents, and/or extended family, whenever safe to do so, thus preserving the family unit.

Our number one priority is keeping children out of the failing foster care system!

Children need to be raised and represented by parents who love them, not by disconnected government officials. When it comes to raising children, parents are better than the government.

Nonpartisan, FPF works through education, advocacy, publicity efforts, and litigation.

Please help states like Alabama? It’s almost Christmas and after almost Five years of the Calhoun con family court system. I spent two hours on Supervise visitation supervised by the grandmother who is guilty of third-degree assault charges and lied to the Jefferson county judge and she also lied to judge right in Calhoun County she was able to keep my child I have no record. I have two children and I’ll spend Christmas without both of them they were both separate and different household and they sent it self is wrong do I miss you please help the governor has already written letters but yet nothing?
