It would be great if they buffed vamp beam for PvE. Right now it does 1/3 of the damage of arc beam (1/6 if it consumes 3 crux) and it's single target. It would also have the bonus side effect of helping necros since they're the class that could take the most advantage of the DoT and ult gen.

Necro is still dead. Ironic. I can't believe ZOS is not doing anything to fix necro. It's okaying in PvE, but anything can work there. In PvP it's in Marianna Trench

Pvp nerf for Templar's POTL. Minor breach is no longer applied, when the explosion happens. They stole our 3k pen.

WW should stay in the gutter, they were way too strong before, especially the idiotic packs running all over last year. It wasn't fun trying to run through IC during the event.

The amount of time that was used trying to make ESO and FO76 playable could have went to TES6 and FO5 instead.
