I’m surprised you didn’t mention that CRSP’s SCD competitor bluebird bio today crashed because a patient reported leukemia 5 years later and another developed myelodysplatic syndrome. Good news is one less competitor, bad news is that regulatory agencies may want a long long follow up period before they approve these therapies.

Loved the video! For another video suggestion, I would love to see an actually comparison between Tesla and other emerging EV companies as well as Legacy automakers. Some key topics could be: Manufacturing ability, how many cars can they produce per year? How many by 2030? How much are they outsourcing, are they casting their own molds? AI technology, how many real world miles do they have to drive their machine learning? Battery technology comparisons? How many charging stations do they currently have, how many do they play to have in 5 years? I could probably go on but I would really love to see and in depth comparison here, I know it's a lot of work because I tried looking into a lot of this myself but I've been so busy with work and my family it's hard to really do my research. Let me know what you think! Again really enjoyed this video, love learning about the genomic space.

I always find your videos interesting and well researched - thank you for the time and effort you put into them. I was particularly interested in this one as I hold CRSPR. I invest on a rolling 5 year time frame and make as few changes as possible to my portfolio, generally only when the reasons for buying the stock are no longer valid : nothing gives me more pleasure than reviewing my portfolio and deciding I don’t want to change anything !
