Something you left out...Isp or content moderator have to act in "GOOD FAITH" and now in anti-competitive stance. You cant remove someone content because it goes against your sales that is not good faith. This is what they hammer home with content moderation. You deleting or removing someone's content because it adverse to your sales THAT is not right.
