The NUX Analog Chorus pedal from the Reissue Series brings back the legendary chorus sound from the '80s when most guitar tracks had a Chorus effect. We are covering all the pedals in the reissue series. Check out our series opener to see NUX’s other offerings in this line.

Wow, I'm surprised how good this sounds, and the price can't be beat for the bang. Great playing at the end, PJ.

This is one of the prettiest-sounding chorus pedals I have ever heard. It's a "fairyland" chorus!

Good demo. Not a lot needed but the flatpicking thing is perfect for hearing the tone. That is all you need to know. Bottom line a really great pedal and it's price ices the cake.

I started playing in the 80's and no one knows how set a chorus these days. You just ring out a chord and set the speed medium/slow for a nice yin-yang 12-string jangle, or really slow for a de-tune effect, then set the depth to widen it to taste but too much will make it sound out of tune. That's it. Dudes making chorus demo videos today always make me feel seasick. Fast speeds were only for a Leslie/vibrato effect with a low depth setting. The early Boss CE-2 just had speed and depth knobs and sounded great no matter how you set it. Later pedals like Ibanez and DOD added a delay control which really just made it more difficult to dial in that same sound. Then Boss came out with the CH-1 with a level and tone knob. It had split stereo outs which was cool but it never sounded as good as the CE-2.

Super sweet sounds...unique, versatile..
Can replicate leslie & close to uni vibe sounds....love to hear it thru a fat, cranked tube amp...little bit of hendrix/trower magic....NICE

Be nice if you compared the NUX and the Boss Chorus CE-3 behind Pat's R ear. : )

Does it have a volume boost when pedal is engaged though?
