I watched a couple of episodes Sunday of Endeavour on PBS’s Masterpiece, only to learn that season six does not start airing until 16 June, nevertheless was thankful for the previously unviewed of what I got, the promo featured a mustached Shaun Evans and will be when it starts, in case anyone needs to know that. The intro is hosted in America by actor Alan Cummings, and wouldn’t you know, in keeping with the times, for his brief introducing appearance he is hair dyed, as if he is not fifty-four-years-old, no surprise there, and it must be noted that BBC’s photoplays are notorious for the wholesale absent of any gray haired characters, except when presenting historical’s who’s visuals in principal appearances cannot be altered.
