Sherbakova did it better - the dress would unfold while she was spinning, thus giving a wonderful effect of a fast forward flower bloom, rather than a dress drapes simply falling down.

as a ballet dancer, i’m just so amazed and mesmerised about how the figure skaters just skate on ice 😍 especially when they do the spins! It is already so hard to do proper pirouettes and here they are doing such amazing spins of various choreography at such high speed! my respect for them!! 🥰❤️🫶🏼

I’m a hockey skater and when I watch this I’m amazed❤ I can’t even turn on place AT LEAST not on one foot😂 Maybe that’s because of my hokey skates and it’s not figure skates😅 I’ve never tried figure skates
