Cathy Newman doesn't learn. After a horrendous interview with Jordan Peterson, Newman tries again to beat down another guest.

Rarely have I cringed so much at watching a reporter attempting to manipulate, smear and falsify a guest during interview. This should be made into a mandatory textbook example in journalist schools on How to Not perform journalism.

Never seen such an unprofessional, biased and so incredibly and utterly disturbing and annoying interviewer as this woman. Those are not interviews, those are constant attacks trying to miswords your sentences and making you appear evil, there is absolutely not the will to investigate in the guest mind, way of reasoning or opinion; there is just an enemy to put to shame with a scandal, and profit to earn from it.

what's amazing to me is her agenda. She didn't go into that interview with a "lets have a debate mentality" --- she went into it, like "WATCH guys am gonna get him on this, I will!" ---- In no moment did she even made the attempt to LISTEN to her guest much less try to understand him. She was there with her copy of "you said this and that" and even when her guest told her LOOK "even if it where true that is definitely no my view TODAY" ---- but noooo she needs to DESTROY HIM! because THAT was the agenda ALL along!

He keeps saying he didn't say those things, but she just ignores that and keeps pushing forward as if he did say those things. She's putting him on trial for something that was not incriminating 60 years ago, using today's moral standards, which were entirely different from then.

I’m speechless. Who IS this woman, Cathy Newman-the 2 “interviews” I’ve seen her do have been contentious, rude, and have shown that she finds it impossible to actually LISTEN to answers of the questions she has asked. She simply talks over her guest, repeating her view in a variety of ways-and THIS time, she literally accused her interview guest of “perjuring” himself in court-not once, but TWICE. Wow. Exactly why does she deserve to retain her job?
