I once was stretching my hamstrings just like that and injured myself pretty badly, please be careful if you are not flexible and just a beginner

This. So I can fairly easily touch my toes? While standing. But to do this?! I get 3/4 off the way up and literally not get it any higher/straighter? What’s the deal??
I will keep working on this one though. Thanks!
