Lost my clown killis to that exact skimmer. Put some sponge in it perhaps

You *do* know you can just bend the net to fit the curvature right?

Quake

you should clip the bag with a chip clip to the side of a container then drip acclimate in the bag then pour them into the net

I love amano shrimp. I just hate that they need brackish water to breed. I love having baby shrimp in tanks, so I usually pick up Neocardinas.

I’m a believer in the SAE! They seriously destroyed my stag horn algae!

Are you worried about your clown killies in a topless tank? I don’t have experience with these, but the other killies I’ve kept have been hardcore jumpers! I lost a group of 10 in three weeks!

Some people acclimate for 2 hours some people scoop rinse and plop their fish

Just an idea... bend the net. Curve the net part to fit the bucket then angle the handle slightly.

Honey, are you concerned about those Clown Killies leaping out? They absolutely can and often do.

What plants do you have on the wood to make them look like live trees?

The clown killifish (aka rocket killifish) are jumpers (to quote Cory from aquariumcoop: the rocket killifish definitely earn their name, because they will rocket right out of your tank if you dont have a lid.) A lid might not be doable in your tank, but perhaps you could lower t he water level?

the net idea has already been done ( you're holding it ). cylinder side wall and bottom = 90 degree angle =0P
Also, I'm not sure which one of those fish did it, but at the start of your video you had more facial hair than at the end. If you figure out which one was sly enough to do that, lmk, I'm buying some.

Be careful with the clown killis and that open top. I lost my group of 15 in a paludarium and couldnt figure out where they were going. Turns out the were making a 4"+ jump onto the land section and I wasnt seeing them in the terrestrial plants.

Looking forward to an update on the string algea. I have a tank that is plagued with it too. Liked

You can bend your net to curve to the bowl. Or get a round one instead of a rectangular/squared one. 💚

For your curved net to fit the bucket idea...all you have to do is bend the net so it is curved a little. It is made of wire so it should be able to bend to a curve. :)

Do you really need to fit the curve of the bucket or just the curve of the water flowing out of it?
