Hello ! Great video, what's the difference between thermostatic and non thermostatic. Which one is better for my WRX 2019 ? Thanks 🙏🏼

So I bought the Mishimoto Ultimate Bundle Kit and the oil cooler came with both Thermostatic and Non-Thermostatic. Im confused on the install on the oil filter part. I replaced 2 Ancillary hoses that lead to the oil filter housing. Would this be considered Non-Thernostatic? I was confused to where the black Ancillary hose with orange on the inside goes. I think i may have understood where that goes now from your demonstration. However if i go thermostatic, what do I do with the 2 extra Ancillary hoses that came in the kit?

Hi! Im thinking on applying this fix to a Subaru Impreza Limited 2015 because I'm finding oil in my refrigerant suspect oil coolant is cracked (motor oil is clean no coolant in there). Should Impreza limited vs wrx be the same replacemebt steps?

Do I need a tune this oil cooler? Ager installing it. Im getting a check engine light and my Accessport says it's the old pressure sensor that is erroring. How do i fix this. My installation was thermostatic with bypassed housing.
I try taking it to super. But they told me I have to put it back in stock for them to look at it

How much Oil do I need to put on the cooler when first installing. Also once installed, do I need to add extra .75 qt to the system or the oil I added on the oil cooler itself is enough?

Installing the universal oil cooler onto a 2015 forester XT will require a modification to fit the sandwich plate. Will this unit fit directly to the oil filter mount on a 2015 forester XT???

hi, i just installed the cooler with thermostat kit. I followed every steps of this video, but there were oil leaking from the side of the spacer. Then i noticed my spacer is small than the one you have in the video. Im assuming that is the cause of the leak or I didn't torque the center M20 adaptor properly? Whats the torque spec for the M20?
thank you!!

Hi, so when it's time for your first oil change after installation of the oil cooler; would you just fill the stsndard 5.1 litres or would it be 5.1+ 0.75 litres (again)?
My current thoughts are that it would be 5.1 L only as the extra 0.75 oil stays in the cooler?

Does the air in the cooler lines need to be bled out or will the circulation system sort that out itself?

Anyone know if this goes in the 2021 WRX? It seems some 2015+ parts don't work for the 2021 so.
