Normally you cant do your command grab if you have a portal out but once the portal becomes active you can. If you learn the timings you can do your grab as soon as the portal becomes active before the spike even hits and that will keep people in block stun till your grab hits. I have not seen any gps do this and it will catch a lot of people off guard
