This is very true. I’m 33, and after almost 10 years in a line of work I absolutely hated, I finally left it this past spring. Although I’m still figuring things out, I find myself reconnecting with activities. I used to run cross country in high school and last June I started running again. I’ve wanted to be a filmmaker since childhood and hadn’t made a short film since 2013. I finally broke that creative drought by making one this year. Now my dream is alove again. Just some examples, but yeah, never let your identity fade as time progresses. Keep returning to it.

Taylor, I drink hot milk + sugar with a touch of espresso coffee for flavor since I was a kid. I only use a small amount of Cuban espressso coffee because it's very potent and I naturally have plenty of energy without needing to use more coffee than milk in my case. Also, I prefer the light flavor of coffee rather than a strong shot of coffee. My family is the other way, they love the strong shot of espresso coffee. To each their own. The point is to drink it the way your like and enjoy it. Have a fantastic day in NYC!
