Excellent presentation. If you were ever so inclined, it would be extremely useful for those of us having the new setup in the 2024 X5 to know precisely the difference between "presets" and those "unassigned" shortcuts. What's the most efficient way to use those two features together? Note to that by nudging the controller forward it seems always to bring up the "unassigned" boxes. Just another way to get there. Thanks. great video. the wireless charger for the phone only works for about an hour before the phone overheats especially when you are using Apple CarPlay. Any solution for that besides plugging it into a wire? Is BMW aware and working on a fix?

Great video! There used to be 8 shortcuts as hard buttons. In every video I have seen in the new X5, there appear to be only 4 shortcuts on the screen. How many shortcuts can you have in ID8?

Great video! Thank you! Question: I have 2025 X5 and the dealer set up something where when the car is stopped, it doesn't do a gentle roll, you have to press on gas to nudge it forward or backward. This was an option that he entered in a quick tutorial. How do I get it back to where it will gently roll? When I am trying to pull up into parking spot and get as close to barrier as possible, it just sits there until I hit gas - which can lead to stepping on gas and going too far forward. Help!

Thanks for doing this. On my cruise control buttons, the On/Off also sets the speed when first pressed. The Set button automatically sets the speed at the applicable speed limit rather than the speed I'm actually going. Is there any way to change that? Thanks.
