I used to put a dropbox on the outside of my base just to have a place I could quickly dump stuff before leaving again. But now I've connected that dropbox to a conveyor and electric furnaces that automatically process my ores and send them all to the TC.

You can also use two solar panels and connect them to large battery with electrical branch and switch and 2 splitters u can connect like 4-6 furnaces including the regular furnaces for easy charcoal farm

You forgot to put the power output from the conveyer connected to its power on switch so it keeps the conveyer on if you run out of power and it turns off

No need for the splitter, just use the pass through on the conveyor and furnaces
