Soft and Cheesy Mozzarella Stuffed Bread | ASMR Baking

I N G R E D I E N T S :

Tangzhong:
60 ml Water
60 ml Milk
20 g Bread Flour

50 ml Warm Milk
20 g Sugar
5 g or 1 tsp Active Dry Yeast
290 g Bread Flour
3/4 tsp Salt
1 Egg
20 g Butter (softened and salted)

Filling:
8 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese
Pinch of Salt
Black Pepper to taste
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Parsley

Brush with milk before baking at 180 C for 15 mins or golden brown.
