I don't know the seven ways, but three came to mind.
1. Position At the 200 Ma (Fab 4) one or the other takes the baton.

2. Position Greed typically hands the baton to fear.

3. Position Fear typically hands the baton to greed.

The 20 Ma halt comes to mind as well.

You can OVERLAY a 2 minute 200 MA on your other charts, I've done it on my Sierra Charts platform. It's the same on my 15, 5 and 2 minute charts.
