Renovation Continued

Another day of ripping up stinky old carpets and lino!
Not much progress since last video, just less stinky old lino...
Work starts on the 18th of October so hopefully November will have lots of decorating taking place!

Second half of the video is a little tour of the rooms that have recently had some changes made including:
Ripping out the sink in the bathroom to make way for damp proofing to go in, taking out the big water tank from the upstairs closet because everything comes of the mains anyway - water tank can be seen in the second bedroom/study awaiting the arrival of a skip later on. The ugly old immersion heater was also taken out. As the property has no gas supply and no where to put an oil tank. I've gone for all electric and will have an electric shower and under sink water heaters instead of a main boiler.
The newspapers under the floor today where from 1931 and and 1958 :D See awful cigarette advert at the end of the video!
