Volvo XC60 cabin fusebox location

If you need to replace burned fuse in Volvo XC60, you need to access the cabin fusebox in your car. Check this tutorial to find its location so you can easily perform service of your Volvo.
This is not the only fusebox in the car. Those are just the most common ones that you should access more easily to fix common issues.

F22 - Cigar lighter (15A)

How to open the bigger fuse box to the right of the one you opened?

Squeezed the tabs and pulled very hard. Cover did not come off. Is there a direction you twist it in or is there another clip. Did not budge. I don't want to break it.

I have found the internal fuse box for 2020 xc60, it is under the passenger carpet in the footwell, you have to remove the bottom door trim, , you then have to pull the carpet back and presto there’s the dose box.

Thank you, I can't get one of the clips to release... Grrr (and I don't want to break anything with brute force) Update - after 13 years in position releasing the left clip required me to fabricate a tool that could reach behind the latching point and release the clip directly - the plastic lever having lost stiffness/never had it in the first place. I then learn I've been carrying a set of the wrong sized fuses all these years
