Really nice advice!
From my experience he is 100% right, I remember spending a whole day thinking about one problem!😅
I would like to add one thing and that is when the problem gets complicated and you are stuck "Don't get angry and leave the problem... In fact you should read the solution and ask yourself why wasn't I able to find this trick/idea"
Always remember you learn from problems that you don't know how to solve more than the ones you do😉
