I posted this on another video but this was my first Metallica concert and it was the best time of my life. I have bad depression and this was the first time in a long time where I really felt happy and enjoyed myself. This song means a lot to me and I was so glad they played it. Music can really be the best medicine. 🤘

I’m not your typical Metallica fan in that I’m 56 and only just recently got into them (with 72 Seasons first and have now gone back and discovered their entire discography, and I love it all!). Was at this 8/4 show and was totally blown away by their talent and energy! Loved hearing this live and they crushed it! While I may be late, I’m now fully part of the “Metallica Family” 👍

I was at this show it was so good it was also my first Metallica concert or metal concert

Well that's a weird one I've never seen from Metallica before. Normally Kirk and James use the same picking technique for riffs, but James is alternate picking and Kirk is downpicking the main riff @ 1:00. Kind of an interesting creative choice for this song that mirrors the feelings of suicide. It's something subtle (alt picking), but very aggressive at the same time (downpicking).
