Let say,
Day 1: commission approved Prospectus (As Prospectus is valid for 60 days from date of approval)

Day 50: Completing all other requirements offeror publish the prospectus in newspaper

Day 58: This is the proposed date for commencement of public subscription thus subscription commence

Now company wants open subscription for public for ten days

And as on day 60 the prospectus will expire
So, now can company open this subscription till Day 68 or the Day 60 will be the day for closing the subscription??
