Never would’ve guessed cheek implants. I definitely noticed that she did something to her eyes and nose years ago. Her eyes are not squinty anymore and her nose is definitely different. Her procedures are so subtle compared to other celebs. She’s done a good job at not making it too obvious or taking it too far.

If she has indeed had procedures, they’ve been done SO well. She still looks natural, still has movement and expression in her face, and most importantly she still resembles her teenage self. I’m all for enhancing looks if it will result in a confidence boost - more power to Taylor if that’s what she’s done!

That's so interesting, I never would have spotted any of those surgeries! I always thought the minor changes were just because of aging and losing the baby fat in her face. I think all the procedures she may have had look very natural and I'm glad she isn't changing her face completely like many other beautiful celebrities.

She‘s still 100% recognizeable. Her surgeries are well done and didn’t change her face but they enhanced it.

Nothing against Taylor, she is beautiful. But this is why beauty standards are so unachievable. Because the people who meet and direct the standard can’t even meet them without plastic surgery.

As a huge Taylor fan, I think you're spot on with the minimal nose surgery she has had. She actually sings about it, as in 2019 she released a song called The Archer, exploring themes around anxiety and self-loathing where she sings "I cut off my nose just to spite my face".

I love Taylor Swift, and I know she's spoken openly about body dismorphia with regards to weight. I wish more celebs would be forthcoming with surgery. Awesome analysis as always!

Finally!!! I was waiting for you to do Taylor Swift. Her eyes are no longer hooded, and her cheeks look more prominent these days. Also her nose looks more refined. But her surgeries are all very subtle looking.

There are a lot of people in denial in these comments. Her nose definitely changed. Her eyes as well. The only thing she may not have done is her cheeks (and he said possibly on that). Why are so many people acting like she would be opposed to plastic surgery?

Whoever she went to did a beautiful job. She still looks like herself, and to my untrained eye, I never would have guessed she had a nose job. Though, I have been a fan since 2006 and I did notice that her eyes have gotten more open over time. She looks great!

I picked up on the brow lift/blepharoplasty stuff because she used to have more narrow eyes and the difference is noticeable. (My best friend called her "Squinty Swift" back in the day, lol.) I really think her work was incredibly tasteful and artistic, a real improvement to her looks without actually changing her in any fundamental way. She still looks exactly like herself, but better. More stars should emulate her.

I recall seeing footage, and photos of Taylor Swift on the Grammys red carpet with Selena Gomez which prompted me to look at Taylor's face differently. I couldn't put my finger on it, she just looked different from that point on.

It's clear to me that she got plastic surgery on her eyes. Her original eye shape was unique. Small squinty almond shaped eyes. I think it was her best feature.

She approached plastic surgery the "right" way. She did it in moderation.

She used to openly mention how self-conscious she was about her eyes being too small, so that comes off as no surprise. The nose I've been saying for years! It just looks a lot thinner now. She's always been breathtaking though, the Abercrombie and Fitch campaign she did at around 14?? I'm still in shock kids picked on her for her looks!

Is no one going to address the multiple versions of veneers she’s had done and replaced over the years?? At least 2 sets were far too big for her mouth, and greatly affected the forward projection of her lower face and cheek appearance. This was most obvious when she was also at her peak ED stage/thinness (think 2016 Grammy award speech). Same with the lip filler.

100% agree on an upper bleph as well.

I'd love for you to mention veneers more or bring a dentist on to talk about how they can change the shape and maturity of your face, especially when they're too large. Hilary Duff and Kid Cudi come to mind because they both came out with veneers WAY too big for their faces at one point.

I definitely think she's had less surgeries than some celebrities do and the ones she's had suit her well and look natural.
