Marcel has zero freeflying skills, and these kind of flights are about learning controlled backfly maneuvers, and slowly transitioning to backflying at different angles and in a turn.
Don't just start chasing other jumpers in headdown. Make sure you do everything smooth and in control with proper guidance and a slow progression.
