If I might pick your brain I have some questions. I just got a yamahopper qt50. I use to own a towny qt50 as well so I am familiar with the engine. The bike ran alright for a bit but broke down on me and wouldn’t idle well. So I opened up the head and the piston was scored super badly so I ordered a Niche 60cc kit on amazon. Well it was a mistake and I’ve had a lot of trouble with this because I had to return it once because the kit was broke and the people selling it through Amazon are a pain. I’m at a loss of what to do because the oil pump is disconnected weridly and the wiring is messed up very badly. Do I replace everything or take it to a shop that can actually know what’s going on better? Because I can’t figure it out and it’s turning into a money pit. Thanks!
