i've been following both of them for years and followed the rescue story from the start, it is clear that they found him!!! please stop being so quick to assume things are for views

They're travel vloggers and I checked and they still have the dog, although it has grown up.
People are mentioning that its weird they had a harness, but they weren't there alone so one of their friends may have had it.
The dog shaking like it was cold or scared didn't seem fake and I doubt a group of women tortured the animal to make it shake.
I am normally suspicious of animal rescue videos, but the fact this is their only one and they still have the animal seems more legit.
