This is partially true, most of the product companies hire 3rd party employees. After finishing their product they can stop the 3rd party employees. Second no product base company hire that much capacity which is not required, if they hired they can't lay off them until and unless emergency situation. They have to maintain their status in market. Third sometimes product based companies not interested work will given to 3rd parties. Main work product based companies do. If your condition is true then product based companies hire freshers, but they don't have that much skill
