Today im going to share with you how to make super soft and easy PUMPKIN-PIE FILLED CONCHAS, now let me tell you this is everything you can ask for to enjoy with your cafecito or champurrado during this time of year☺️ So I hope you enjoy it as much as we do❤️
Pots & pans using atm Ourplace Website -
blender- Vitamix A3500
🛑 For any other recipe just type in Cooking Con Claudia, followed by the recipe name you trying to find, if I already made it it should appear as the first videos ☺️ if not, request it in the comments 😘
Tip warm spot- I like to turn on the oven for 1 minute then turn it OFF, the oven gets nice and warm and this helps the doughy to double in size faster!
Ingredients: makes 10-12 conchas
For the dough:
4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp instant yeast
1/4 tsp salt
3 eggs at room temperature
1 tbsp Mexican vanilla blend
3/4 cup plus 1 tbsp warm milk( I put it in the microwave for 45 secs)
6 tbsp butter at room temperature
Pumpkin pie filling:
1 -15 oz 100% pure pumpkin
1 cup dulce de leche (milk based caramel)
2 tbsp dark brown sugar
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
Topping
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup sugar powder
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup butter flavored shortening
2 tsp mexican vanilla blend
2 tbsp cajeta (milk based caramel)
Orange and green food coloring
1 serving of love 💕
