1. Can one use pen and paper for additional assistance in the 'on computer' test?

2. In speaking part 2, will there be any alarm before the designated to 2 minutes end?

Some test centres allow to take clear water bottles in all four modules but some don't allow it in speaking.. Why is that so .. ?? I assume taking clear water bottle could be really helpful because anyone can get little nervous during their speaking test..
