4x4 and winter tyrs. This year I have bought all season Nokian tyres. I tought that if I have 4x4, 4 season tyres will be OK. But it is not. It is OK on wet, but on a snow they are much, much worse than winter tyres.

Haldex works well with a little more pedal rather than less to engage the rear diff...nice bora👌...

THE 4motion on my 2009 passat is amazing since i've never gotten stuck, even in the harshest conditions in northern Sweden (0 degrees Celsius with 20cm of wet snow) but i absolutely hate the fact that you cant turn of the stability assist = No fun in the snow, just comfort and reliability.

This year i bought Skoda Octavia a5 4x4 1.9 tdi 77 kw. I didn't drive it in snow yet so can you give me some tips, for example: When to keep ESP ON and when to switch ESP OFF ??

What I struggle to understand is the 4motion variant had smaller ground clearance than the regular Has anyone change the coils to improve the clearance?

Power vs. Snow. Ich kann nur Schnee sehen. Die Power fehlt in diesem Video. Der rappelige Diesel hat doch keine Leistung. Die Räder würden auf trockener Straße nicht im geringsten durchdrehen oder nur mit viel Glück und dann vielleicht ein quietschen erzeugen.
