1: It’s actually the very first time in the entire history of the saga Ferb is seen crying. He does it when he and his second dimension counterpart say goodbye.
2: It’s the first time Perry acts humanly in front of his owners. (The episodes where he does that without they see him and/or without being canon don’t count.)
3: While Second Dimension Ferb only has one line in the movie, the one from the first dimension has a bit more lines. (He’ll gain three more voice lines in the episode « Tales of the Resistance: Return to the Second Dimension ».)
4: Second Dimension Doof is the first incarnation of Heinz to be truly evil.
5: Vanessa, Doof’s daughter, was supposed to appear in the movie, but her appearance was cut for unknown reasons. (Yet again, her Second Dimension counterpart will appear in « Tales of the Resistance: Return to the Second Dimension ».)
