The price is outrageous. Like, you can build the same size structure that is better and could even match your house for a lot less then their crazy costs. And that will look a lot better then a shipping container sitting in your backyard.

Unfortunately, 1 month after this episode aired during further business dealings they failed to come to an agreement and Barbara backed out of the deal 😢. The company today is worth 12 million

My first thought after I heard the words “sound proof” and before hearing the monthly payment, was what a fantastic idea this could be for a person who plays a musical instrument, such as drums, to be able to play/practice without disturbing the household and neighborhood. But at a cost of $800.00 a month, I unfortunately will have to bow out.
