The gap in between my teeth is quite narrow..every time I use interdental brushes..even the zero size..within minutes they are destroyed.. I don't put so much pressure while using them .

I use different brands kind of color coordinated to my mood! I did not use with toothpaste so excited to give it a try! As always great video my friend!👍🙏🤗❤️

Shoot. really?! lol I bought some of these a while ago. I think a dentist/hygienist suggested it, but I obviously did not know how to use them properly. I didn't know we were supposed to use them with toothpaste. I always thought that it was an alternative to flossing. Also, I always threw mine away, Are they really reusable?!

I’m 15 and just got braces today but I can’t open my mouth wide enough to reach the molars, my mouth is small so it’s hard to properly clean the molar, what do I do ?
