Oracle PlSql Call Java Method

In this video we will learn how to call a java method inside PlSql code in Oracle11g/12c.

But what if I wanna call a static java method which return an instance of the class containing that method so I can use this instance to call instance method, like chained method call?

For example, using the class java.util.regex.Pattern, what would I have to publish to be able to do the following from PL/SQL:
