Perfect timing from the algorithm, my sim just had the 4th and 5th kid from J Huntington 😂
He is actually a good dad. I didn't add him to my household but came over a bunch and helped with the kids. Even as a ghost

I wish majority of the beds had decent energy/comfort numbers. It limits the beds I actually play with

That is such a tricky house to makeover. I love what you did with it.

This house was supposed to be MCM (mid-century modern), and they did kinda that, but not really. I'll trye to renovate this lot myself and try if I can do something with it. I need to first make a bit of research. Cause I know a bit about it but still.
Also, you could change the interior doors as the are very expensive and there are some cheaper ones that could also work for this particular style.

In the middle of watching l, but enjoying the renovation so far! Have you ever heard of tool mod? I just recently started using it but it helps when you wanna size things up without them being jumbo 😂 I did it with landscaping rocks
