Do hardcore towers even matter? I know that every one of you watching has a hardcore tower wether its brawler, accelerator or engineer. You know that they are great but take ages to get so ye... idk what to write.

At the end of the day, you're not grinding for a "win-all" solution, you are grinding for another (good) tower to add into your arsenal. Sure you might not need hardcore towers, but it's always nice to have another option to pick from when choosing your loadout, especially if it's good.

The game is called "Tower Defense Simulator". You're incentivized to collect towers and develop strategies with said towers, it's the whole gameplay loop.

The only downside of engineer is that the turrets do not gain any buffs from commander or DJ Booth

I've never thought brawler's biggest weakness is hidden detection, hidden detection is rarely a problem if you have enough of towers with hd which are pretty common, the real weakness is definitely the placement limit

You forgot necromancer, it may be on the exclusive section but it still costs gems so its more of an hybrid

OBJECTION!!

Engineer actually has ONE flaw, and that its sentries can't be buffed from support towers, nor flags. Meaning it misses out on ALOT of DPS. And It's not really "the best DPS" since there's Gatling gun who has 2, 500 DPS (with piercing) and about 7K+ with all flags and buffs from support towers. Engineer has stun RESISTANCE while Gatling gun is fully immune. Yes, there's the reload, but just reload inbetween waves since it can already shoot for like a minute when maxed out.

Anyway, Engineer is still good and is worth buying.

the only way to accelerator get back to its old glory. They have to make it $2500 costing one. Do yall remember the accelerator we died for? We need that.

Engi and accel change this game so yes they do matter, look at the hardcore update when accel was introduced or when accel was required for night 4 of the solar eclipse event or frost invasion event.

3:58 mmmm yes accelerator is not very commonly used. It’s not like that’s the dps tower everyone uses
