I was in the national guard for 10 years. And I was mobilized both state and federally mobilized numerous times. Pretty sure that every time that happened, there was a MASSIVE paper trail of it, not just a tweet from some random person saying I was.

I am a Danish pensioner, that apparently understand more about American law, than the judge claiming the 14th amendment doesn't apply to a former president. It clearly says ; "no PERSON shall hold ANY office - ... having previously taken an oath ...etc. Former or sitting presidents are not exempt anywhere in the text. !!
