Ifhsan the transdermal patch should be placed in a different place each time. I can see that the skin is irritated, some patches cause thinning of the skin. If routinely applied to the same place the rate of absorption into the blood stream can be higher and lead to adverse effects and an overdose of the medication. You should check with your doctor. I hope this helps you. The black patch should go behind the ear not below it. The skin is thinner behind the ear versus the cheek area where it was applied. If it is a patch for nausea and vomiting it would better help Ava by placing it directly behind the ear. But again please consult your own doctor so that it benefits Ava. Bless you and your family.

I hope you saw my message about Ava's eyes. I researched cost and the surgery cost's $7000. in the US without insurance. In Iran, it costs about $1, 400. And I found out that you have excellent health care there. If you didn't see my message before I talked about how crossed eyes contribute to balance problems. She is the right age for this surgery.
