I would want one with a controller and goggles. I’m not interested in a motion controller.

You mentioned on the new goggles that you can focus each eye. Do you know what strength they go up to. I am currently wearing readers at 2.50. Thank you.

No fly more kit with extra batteries? No regular controller so you basically need a setup, then add this to them. The smaller goggles have pop in inserts that can be adjusted to you lens correction as you said, but pretty expensive on top of the premium cost. How much are the extra batteries with charger for the smaller goggle unit.

Why does dji not offer a standard controller with the Avata?
Kinda feels as though they are pushing this new style because they have too many in inventory and they are attempting to clear the shelves.

I heard that the older goggles have better signal and most importantly, penetration in woods/behind buildings (especially for europe)
1. They have more antennas.
2. The CE range is 6km vs 2km
Could you verify this?

Thanks Rick. Do you know if either of these goggles would work with the Phantom 4?

Great video just one additional important difference, the new goggles are not compatible with the current dji air units which to me is the biggest problem with the new stuff
