My bracket so far:
Round 1: Sheep
Sheep are more creative and they are how you make your spawn point
Round 2: Endermite
Unpopular opinion but I don't count villagers as mobs
Round 3: Drown
The rabbit legit does nothing the Drown is an interesting addition to the game overall
Round 4: Frogs
Even though they suck same reason as number 2
Round 5: Iron Golem
Iron Golem is a cool idea of a mob you can make that can save you pigs only help in foods
Round: 6: Elder Guardian
Both of these are great but I like the idea what they did with the Elder Guardian and the loot they get from it is so good although this is very close
Round 7: Zombie Piglin
I think they are more interesting then a Skelton who can only slow down people also aren't they the ones where you get ender pearls to do the end game
Round 8: Glowsquid
The Glowsquid just looks cooler in my opinion and it adds more to the game
Round 9: Wither
The Wither is very cool and you can make it and they can get you beacons and cods kind of suck
Round 10: Wither Skeleton
It's a cool mob and it makes be able to get the Wither
Round 11: Ender Dragon
It's the first boss and I like the idea of the Ender Dragon and Squid is only cool because of the ink
Round 12: Parrot
Parrots are cool and Brutes are annoying
