Encouragement is like instant medicine it can really drastically change someone's life. I think most people don't realize the tiny bits of encouragement in the world. Encouragement can simply be people around you being pleasant, not causing problems.

Sometimes it's not about what we do to affect people but what we Don't do. Simply being decent not causing trouble can be encouraging to those around you.

your voice sounds similar to mine a bit.... there's nothing wrong with it. i had the same problem when some silly old lady on the other end of the phone told my mom that a small kid was calling.
