New Year... new... meeting for City Council.
On tonight's agenda, there will be a public hearing on a Tax Increment Financing District for a proposed development in SW Minot called "The Tracks," Council will also hear a request on a tax abatement on 700 development properties off of 55th, and is being asked to approve a MAGIC Fund request for United Pulse Trading Inc.

We're kicking the year off with a busy one. Tune in at 5:30.

What a joke! Building a concert venue on the backs of tax payers so EPIC Events can profit! So who gets to sell alcohol at concerts that Epic Events brings in? Epic Charities is charged with managing the plaza and its full of Epic employees on the board so how much do you want to bet Spicey Pie which has the liquor license already approved for this location will sell concessions. oh ya who owns Spicey Pie? of course Todd Berning does!
